Hi, I’m Ard Lawrence Wilkinson, a portrait, concert, and fashion photographer based in the New York Tri-State area.

Photography has always been part of how I view the world, ever since my first point-and-shoot camera that I bought for my eighth-grade class trip to Philadelphia. I was that friend who always had a camera in hand, capturing our nights out, nights in, and everything in between. All those fleeting moments that deserved to last longer than a memory. What started as a simple hobby grew into a love for capturing energy, emotion, and authenticity in every frame.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with artists, models, and brands to tell stories through light, texture, and atmosphere. My style leans toward the moody and cinematic, blending raw emotion with a sense of artistry that feels both intimate and timeless. Whether I’m photographing a live show, a portrait session, or a fashion editorial, my goal is always the same: to create images that make you feel something.

Outside of photography, I’m a film nerd and vinyl collector with a deep appreciation for all things analog. In a world of rapidly advancing technology, I find comfort in old-school systems and timeless aesthetics. This mindset influences how I shoot, edit, and see the world through my lens.
